A VERY BRIEF WELCOME TO 2021
There has been so much going on, I’ve found it very hard to write these days.
With traveling around to various doctors for evaluations, at times having 5 doctors’ appointments in one day, and psychologically, emotionally and mentally dealing with the fact I’m now considered a Stage IV patient BUT with multiple treatment options – it’s been very difficult to write.
Brené Brown’s Special on Netflix: The Call To Courage

Admittedly, I’m a Brené Brown fan!
I mean, practically every word out of her mouth I wanna yell out, “Hell, Yes!”
2021, WE NEED THIS!
Happy New Year.
2020, you were THE WORST! However, we learned a lot from you.
From Brene Brown’s special, I can only summarize:
Pay attention to the ordinary things in life!
Take a “picture memory” of those moments!
Joy is the scariest emotion because we feel a foreboding that whatever brings us joy will leave or end (ex. We find love, but we are constantly afraid that love will leave us, in some way or another).
Yet, if we practice gratitude, that foreboding will or can disappear. Thus, practice gratitude every single day.
“Your story is a privilege to learn”
“You’re worth being brave; bravery involves taking a risk, being vulnerable and exposing the true you”
We all must practice JOY, GRATITUDE AND COMPASSION!
Here’s to 2021!
May all your dreams come true & your goals achieved! 🎈🎈🎈
Happy New Year to you! Wishing you all the best.
Same to you! Thank you so much for your support 🤗
